Bulk Treasury

Who does what.

01

Creator

Deposits at least $1,000 and sets the operator fee. Operates the vault by default and can assign another operator.

02

Operator

Trades the vault on Bulk and earns the agreed fee on profits when depositors withdraw.

03

Depositor

Buys shares and can request a withdrawal without the operator's approval.

From creation to withdrawal.

Fund the vault first, then start trading.

How fees are calculated
  1. Create the vault

Connect your Bulk wallet, name the vault and set an operator fee from 0% to 10%. You are the operator unless you assign someone else.

  2. Fund the vault

Deposit at least $1,000 from your Bulk account to activate the vault. This is your investment, not a creation fee, and can be withdrawn.

  3. Accept deposits

Others can deposit while trading is paused. Each deposit buys shares at the current value.

  4. Start trading

Start trading. The operator places orders on Bulk, and profits and losses change the value of everyone's shares.

  5. Request a withdrawal

Request a withdrawal. All vault positions close before your share is paid to your deposit wallet, less any fee on profit.

Operator fees

The creator sets a fixed fee from 0% to 10%. It goes entirely to the operator and applies only to profit when you withdraw, not to your original deposit.

Partial withdrawals are charged only on the profit in the shares you redeem. Recovering a loss is not new profit until those shares exceed their original cost.

Withdrawals
Every withdrawal closes all vault positions. Payment depends on the final balance and may be delayed by the exchange or network.
Limits
One vault per creator, up to 16 depositors per vault and $10,000 per deposit.
